Waves is a modern first floor flat ideal for a family holiday. The balcony is great for sunbathing and provides stunning views of the sea, evening sunsets and the surrounding area. There is a car park at the rear of the property providing space for 2 cars. The safe sandy beach is less than a minute away and the town centre and amenities are approximately a 10 minute walk away. The property is partially double glazed and carpeted throughout and comprises:-

• Entrance door into lounge/dining room with comfortable seating and dining furniture. Separate kitchen with an electric 4 plate hob, combination microwave/fan-oven/grill and fridge with freezer compartment. • One double bedroom (sleeps 2) with a 4ft 6" standard size double bed. Wardrobe with hanging and storage space with coat hangers. Alarm clock. Electric wall heater.

• Second bedroom (sleeps 3) with one set of standard 3ft bunk beds and one standard 3ft wide single bed. Wardrobe with ample hanging and shelf space with coat hangers. Electric wall heater.

• The bedrooms are equipped with standard size quilts, pillows, blankets.

• Shower room with an electric shower, washbasin, shaver point with light, WC and electric towel heater.

• The flat is equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture and a windbreak.

• The lounge is equipped with a colour TV, Freeview Digital Box, DVD/CD player, Video recorder and a radio/CD player. Electric wall heater.

• A selection of books, games, videos, CD's and DVD's are also provided.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils required.

• Children and babies. The following items are supplied - travel cot/play pen, high-chair, safety gate for the front door, baby bath, potty, plastic mug, plate, bowl and cutlery. The travel cot can fit either into the main bedroom at the foot of the bed or in the lounge. The cot is supplied with 1 cellular blanket.

• There is parking for 2 cars. The gravel driveway just past Waves on the left leads to a large private car park at the rear of the property. Please park directly behind Waves. Please DO NOT park on the grass at the front of the property as this area is reserved for the ground floor flats.

• The property is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm and emergency torch.

• All Electricity is included in the booking price.

• Please note : Items NOT provided are - sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases, towels and any other linen item that may be required.
