Waves
is a modern
first floor flat ideal for a family holiday. The balcony is great for
sunbathing and provides stunning views of the sea, evening sunsets
and the surrounding area.
There is a car park at the rear of the property providing space for 2
cars. The safe sandy beach
is less than a minute away and the town centre and amenities are
approximately a 10 minute walk away. The property is partially double glazed
and carpeted throughout and

furniture. Separate kitchen with an electric 4 plate hob, combination microwave/fan-oven/grill

and electric towel heater.

The flat

either into the main bedroom at the foot of the bed or in the lounge.
The cot is supplied with 1 cellular blanket.

There is parking for 2 cars. The gravel driveway just past Waves on the left leads to
a large private car park at the rear of the property. Please park directly behind
Waves. Please DO NOT park on the grass at the front of the property as this area is reserved for the ground floor flats.

The
property is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke
alarm and emergency torch.

All
Electricity is included in the booking price.
