Tides is a modern ground floor flat ideal for a family holiday. At the front there is a large grassed area for parking two cars and for children to play or for sunbathing. The safe sandy beach is less than a minute away and the town centre and amenities are approximately a 10 minute walk away. The property is fully double glazed and carpeted throughout and comprises:-

• Shower room with an electric shower, washbasin, shaver point with light, WC and electric towel heater.

• The flat is equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture and a windbreak.

• The lounge is equipped with a colour TV, Freeview Digital Box, DVD/CD player, Video recorder and a radio cassette. Electric wall heater.

The travel cot can fit either into the main bedroom at the foot of the bed or in the lounge. The cot is supplied with 1 cellular blanket.

• There is parking for 2 cars on the grass in front of the property.

• There is a security bracket for locking cycles on the external wall at the rear of the property.
