Pebbles
is a modern ground floor flat ideal for a
family holiday. At the front there is a large grassed area for parking two
cars and for children to play or for sunbathing.
The safe sandy beach
is less than a minute away and the town centre and amenities are approximately
a 10 minute walk away. The
property is fully double glazed and carpeted throughout and comprises:-

A sofa bed in the lounge converts to a double bed (sleeps 2) and is equipped with a standard double quilt, pillows and blankets.

Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, washbasin, WC,
shaver point with light and electric wall heater.

The flat is equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture and a windbreak.

The lounge is equipped with a colour TV, Freeview Digital Box,
DVD/CD player, Video
recorder and a radio cassette. Electric wall heater.

of books, games, videos, CD's and DVD's are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery,
cooking utensils and cleaning products required.

and babies. The following items are supplied - travel cot/play pen, high-chair, safety gate for the front door,
baby bath, potty, plastic mug, plate, bowl and cutlery. The travel cot can fit
either into the main bedroom at the foot of the bed or in the lounge. The cot is
supplied with 1 cellular blanket.

There is parking for 2 cars on the grass in front of the property.

There is a
security bracket for locking cycles on the external wall at the side of the
property.

The property
is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm and
emergency torch.
