• Low energy light bulbs fitted (where technically possible i.e. not to dimmer controlled ceiling lights).

• Water meters installed with 'Please use water wisely' signs displayed on sinks & showers etc.

• 'A' rated energy efficient appliances installed (televisions, cookers, hobs, ovens, microwaves & fridges etc) where possible.

• "Please turn off when not in use" signs for electric heaters etc.
