small patio area and a large grassed area for children to play or for
sunbathing. The safe sandy beach
is less than a minute away and the town centre and amenities are approximately

baby bath, potty, plastic mug, plate, bowl and cutlery. The travel cot fits into the main bedroom at the foot of the bed. The
cot is supplied with 1 cellular blanket.

There is parking for 1 car. A gravel driveway just past Beeches on the left leads to
a large private car park at the rear of the property. The parking space is
directly behind Beeches and is clearly marked “Flat 4 Beeches”.

There is a
security bracket for locking cycles on the external wall at the rear of the
property.

The property
is equipped with a fire extinguisher,
fire blanket, smoke alarm and emergency torch.
