We reserve the right to amend the pricing at any time. Properties available for holiday rentals from March 1st to November 30th.

If your preferred holiday dates are shown as available please telephone us first to make a provisional booking.
Once we have confirmed your booking we will hold your provisional booking for 7 days to allow you to complete and return your Booking Form with a £100 deposit payment.
Once we receive your booking form and deposit payment we will send you written confirmation of your booking.

Booking Deposits - Back to the Top -
A booking deposit of £100.00 per week or part week is required to secure the booking. If the total of your holiday is less than £100 then the full amount is required with your booking form. If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason this deposit is non-refundable and we therefore strongly advise you to take out your own holiday/cancellation insurance for your own benefit.

Full Week Discounts - Back to the Top -
1. Book a full week and pay your deposit for your 2008 holiday before 29th February 2008 for a 5% discount.
2. Senior Citizens/OAP's - 5% discount on any booking (excluding July and August).
3. Return to any property for a full week later in the same season for a 5% discount.
4. 5% discount off your second week when you book two consecutive full weeks.
(ONLY one discount offer per booking. Any discount must be claimed at the time of booking and included on your booking form)
